Start your morning with an armbar. Before Ronda Rousey was the UFC women's bantamweight champion, she was the Strikeforce bantamweight champion. She won the belt by beating Miesha Tate with the same move she used to win every one of her fights: an armbar. After this win, she won again in Strikeforce over Sarah Kaufman, then beat out Liz Carmouche at their UFC debut.
Tate lasted nearly a full round with Rousey, but the rivalry between the two fighters didn't go anywhere. Now, they're facing off as coaches on the next season of "The Ultimate Fighter." Will Tate have Rousey figured out in time for their December fight?
