Miley Cyrus has topped the list and is this years Hottest Woman in the World, according to Maxim. That is a huge jump from her #68 spot last year. It has been a year of big changes for the multi-talented starlet. She has chopped her hair, gone super blonde, and also become a super private person! She remains mum on her relationship, isn’t all about the paparazzi and is super low key. Yet, somehow it has made her all the more desirable. (Are you listening Kim Kardashian?)   Miley is super excited about the result and she celebrated with fans via her social media accounts. She certainly seems grateful and even had the hashtag #dreamsdocometrue.   Awe!! In celebration, Miley finally joined Instagram and uploaded the Maxim photo saying that this , “is dedicated to all my fans. Thank you for crowning me #1 Maxim Hot 100.” Maxim has yet to confirm the naming, but it is that time of year. Last year Bar Refaeli topped the list, with Olivia Munn at No. 2.
