Out of state homeowner valuation question | Josh Barnett

Question:
How do I determine the value of my home?

Answer:
Call three different Real Estate Companies, ask for a ?Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)? on your home, and let the Real Estate companies know the timeframe in which you are thinking of selling. To find three local Real Estate Companies simply enter your city?s name and the words Real Estate Agents into Google and plenty of choices are provided.

Thoughts:
What is the reason for the three different opinions? No one CMA is the absolute correct Market Value of your home. The ?Market? defined: When a seller and a willing and able buyer come to an agreement. The Market is dynamic and constantly changing.
